Terms of sale
Last updated on 22 October 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern buying places for Tokens On Me. They supplement the terms of service, which apply to every account.
2. The seller
Places are sold by MINDSERSIT, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €100, registered office 155B rue Marcel Mérieux, 69007 Lyon, France, RCS Lyon 983 970 245, EU VAT FR 54 983 970 245. Your bank statement reads “TOKENS ON ME”.
Payments are taken by Stripe, on its secure page. MINDSERSIT never sees your card details.
3. What is sold
A place lets you give one allowance. Giving an allowance to one person uses a place; a claim link sets aside one for each person who can claim it, and gives back those nobody claimed. An allowance’s budget is not bought here: it is spent on your own provider account, which your provider bills.
- Packs: their places never end.
- Monthly plans: their places come with each paid month and end with it, unused or not.
- Your first place is given to every account, once.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros or in US dollars, tax included. The tax depends on the billing address you give and appears on your invoice. The price shown when you buy is the price you pay, in the currency shown.
- 15 places a month: €9.99 or $10.99 a month
- 35 places a month: €19.99 or $21.99 a month
- 70 places a month: €29.99 or $32.99 a month
- 10 places: €15 or $17
- 50 places: €50 or $55
A business that gives a valid VAT number from another EU country pays no VAT; the invoice says the VAT is due by the buyer (reverse charge).
MINDSERSIT may change its prices. A new price never applies to a month already paid: a subscriber is told by email at least 30 days before the renewal it affects, and can cancel before then.
5. Order
You buy from Billing, in the app. You first ask for your places right away, by ticking the box provided (section 8). You are then taken to Stripe’s secure payment page, where you give your billing address, accept these terms and confirm your order, which implies an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed, and the places appear on Billing, usually within seconds.
6. Payment and invoices
Payment is by card or another method Stripe offers on its page. A pack is paid once; a plan is paid when you subscribe, then each month. Every purchase has an invoice, which Stripe emails you and which a plan’s owner also finds with Manage plan, on Billing.
If a monthly payment fails, it is retried for up to 14 days and Stripe emails you to update your card. A month’s places come only once it is paid. If no attempt succeeds, the plan ends.
7. Plans
- A plan renews each month, on the date you subscribed, until you cancel it. An account has one plan at a time, and can buy packs alongside it.
- You change or cancel your plan in a few clicks with Manage plan, on Billing, which opens Stripe’s page.
- A larger plan takes effect at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the month, and receive the places it adds.
- A smaller plan, and a cancellation, take effect at the end of the paid month. The month’s places stay until then, and you are not charged again.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from it, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The period ends at the end of the 14th day (midnight, Paris time) after the day you paid. For a plan, it runs from your subscription; a renewal or a change of plan opens no new period.
When ordering, you expressly ask for your places right away, before that period ends, and you agree to pay for the places you use if you withdraw (article L221-25). A place is used once it is given to someone or set aside in a claim link. If you withdraw, the places you have not used are removed at once, a plan ends at once, and you are refunded, for each payment of the purchase: amount paid × places not used ÷ places bought, rounded down to the cent. A place a claim link gives back after you withdraw is not returned to you. The refund is made within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, and comes with a credit note.
To withdraw, use Withdraw on Billing, which states the refund before you confirm, or write to hello@mindsers.it with the form in the annex or any other unambiguous statement.
This right is offered to every buyer, a business included.
9. Refunds and places owed
Outside the right of withdrawal, a pack or a month already paid is not refunded.
When a payment is refunded in full, or a dispute over it is lost, what is left of its places is removed. Places of it already used are owed: until other places cover them, the allowances you gave are paused, your claim links take no claims and your invitations cannot be accepted. The next places you receive repay them first, and everything works again by itself.
10. Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels your plan at once and forfeits your places, which are not refunded. Your invoices are kept for ten years, as the law requires.
11. Guarantees and liability
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). For any issue, write to hello@mindsers.it.
MINDSERSIT cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Its liability is in any case capped at the amounts paid for places during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. These limits apply neither to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to personal injury, nor to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
12. Personal data
The data a purchase needs is processed as the privacy policy describes.
13. Mediation
In case of a dispute, first write to hello@mindsers.it. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator MINDSERSIT has signed up with (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute is brought before the court with jurisdiction under the ordinary rules.
15. Changes to these terms
The terms that apply to a purchase are those in force on the day it is made. For a plan, a new version applies from the next renewal if you were told at least 30 days before; you can cancel before then if you do not accept it.
