Terms of service
Last updated on 22 October 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Tokens On Me, published by MINDSERSIT, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €100, registered office 155B rue Marcel Mérieux, 69007 Lyon, France, RCS Lyon 983 970 245, EU VAT FR 54 983 970 245. They apply to every account. Buying places is also governed by the terms of sale. You accept these terms when you create an account.
2. The service
Tokens On Me lets the owner of an API key from an AI provider (Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or OpenAI) give other people an allowance on it: a budget in US dollars, an end date and a list of models. Each recipient gets an access token of their own for their coding tool, and never sees the owner’s key. A claim link lets a group claim allowances of their own, up to the number of places the owner sets.
The service forwards each recipient’s requests to the owner’s provider with the owner’s key, counts what each one costs at the provider’s published prices, and stops an allowance at its limit: to the cent for an exact allowance; for a close allowance, as the service explains where it is chosen, a request already running can go past it.
3. What the service is not
- It is not an AI provider and sells no AI usage. Each provider bills its owner directly for what the owner’s key spends; no money paid to MindsersIT reaches a provider.
- It is not a marketplace: a recipient never pays, and cannot buy an allowance from an owner.
- It does not store prompts or answers. It keeps what billing needs: the model, the token counts and the cost of each request.
- It does not share a Claude or ChatGPT subscription: only a provider’s API key.
4. Your account
An account belongs to one person, identified by an email address they confirm. Keep your password to yourself: what is done with your account is done in your name. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
5. Owners: your key and your provider’s terms
You connect only keys you are entitled to use, and you answer for following your provider’s terms, including who you give access to and how they use it. Read them before giving access to anyone outside your organisation. You remain responsible to your provider for everything your key spends through the allowances you give.
Your key is stored encrypted, used only to forward your recipients’ requests, and never shown again. You can remove it, or pause or revoke any allowance, at any time: its token stops working on the next request.
6. Recipients
An allowance is the owner’s to give and to end. Use it as the owner allows and as their provider’s terms require. Keep your token to yourself: whoever holds it spends the allowance.
7. Expected use
Do not use the service to break the law or a provider’s terms, to get around a limit it sets, to attack it or other people’s accounts, or to collect claim links’ places with throwaway or automated accounts. MindsersIT may suspend an account that does, and revoke what it gave.
8. Places
Giving an allowance uses a place; a claim link sets aside one for each person who can claim it, and gives back those nobody claimed. Every account gets its first place, once. How places are bought, and what happens to them, is set out in the terms of sale.
9. Ending
You can delete your account at any time, from Account. Deletion erases your provider keys and your address, revokes every allowance you gave or received, cancels your plan and forfeits your places, which are not refunded.
MindsersIT may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling its owner why, except where the law or the safety of others requires acting at once.
10. Availability and liability
MindsersIT works to keep the service available and accurate, but does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It may stop it for maintenance or for reasons of security. A provider’s own outages and refusals are the provider’s.
MindsersIT cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, nor for what a provider bills under its own terms. Its liability is in any case capped at the amounts you paid MindsersIT during the twelve months before the event. These limits apply neither to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to personal injury, nor to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
11. Changes
MindsersIT may change these terms. You are told by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account before then.
12. Contact, mediation and governing law
Write to hello@mindsers.it about anything concerning the service.
In case of a dispute, first write to hello@mindsers.it. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator MINDSERSIT has signed up with (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
